BOB PEARSON: Been in the flooring industry since 1966 when he began his career in flooring as sales representative for Harding Carpet. Moved to Kelowna in 1972 and opened store called Kelowna Carpet Center on Hwy 97 north of the drive in (out of town at the time) It became Kelowna's largest flooring store until 1985 when Bob sold out and decided to "retire". Opened up new store in 1988 and called it All Kinds Of Carpet and has never looked back.

DAN PEARSON: Began flooring career in 1973 cleaning and helping out on Saturdays until graduating from Kelowna Secondary School in 1982.Dan moved to Vancouver  and took on job at major flooring manufacturer until 1989 when his father phoned and asked him to take a leave from job because shop had burned down. Dan has been involved in the everyday operation of the business ever since and thoroughly enjoys his work.

LEN THORDARSON: Len joined the team in 2003. Len is a tireless veteran salesman who is well known throughout the Westside community for his numerous volunteer activities.
